You ship every week. Your customers miss most of it.

Covren is the change intelligence platform for SaaS. Every shipped feature becomes an AI-drafted, human-reviewed update — published to your docs, release notes, in-product help, and support AI. Adoption goes up. Support load goes down.

No signup. Covren analyzes the diff and shows what release notes, help content, and API changelogs would look like.

How it works

1

Every shipped change becomes a draft

Pull requests, deploys, feature flags. Covren ingests every shipped change and turns it into a customer-ready draft — release notes, help content, in-product messages — without anyone writing them by hand.

2

Your team reviews and approves

Every draft routes through your team for review. Edit, approve, or skip. Nothing reaches customers without sign-off, and every approval is logged for the audit trail.

3

Customers see it where they already are

Approved updates flow into every customer surface — your in-product widget, your docs, your support tools. Customers learn what shipped right inside the workflow they're already using, not in a changelog they'll never visit.

What makes this work in practice

Every update human-approved

AI drafts content from your code changes. A human on your team reviews and approves every word before customers see it. The audit trail proves it.

Frequently asked questions

What does Covren actually do?

When your product changes, Covren captures signals from code, tickets, and feature flags, then structures them into statements — verified facts about what changed and who it affects. Your team reviews and approves each statement, then Covren distributes approved content to every downstream page: docs, help center, AI agents, release notes, and more.

Where does it get change data?

Covren ingests from GitHub PRs, Jira and Linear tickets, feature flags, and API spec changes. When related signals arrive from different sources — like a PR merge and a ticket closing — Covren groups them into a single logical change automatically.

Is the content AI-generated?

AI drafts structured statements from real changes, but a human always approves before anything reaches your customers. You can configure multi-stage review workflows with role-based routing — for example, technical review followed by legal sign-off. Nothing ships without approval.

How does governance work?

Covren tracks every statement from ingestion through approval to distribution with a full audit trail. Staleness detection flags content that references outdated statements. Coverage gap tracking shows which features or audiences lack documentation. Export compliance reports as JSON or CSV at any time.

Can AI agents use the data?

Covren provides a dedicated agent API with scoped permissions and real-time webhooks. Your support bots and AI assistants get verified, structured statements — not hallucinated answers. Agents can also submit coverage gaps back for human review.

What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?

Starter covers one team with up to 200 changes per month, standard approval workflows, and core distribution pages. Growth adds multiple teams and products, multi-stage review workflows, expanded distribution channels, governance dashboards, and dedicated onboarding. Growth pricing is custom — reach out and we’ll scope it together.
